Java for Beginners
When Java was introduced in 1991 by Sun Microsystems, it is being regularly upgraded its products to make it perfect for users to develop impressive and eye catching applications with confidence. Java has lot of potential as a language for beginning programmers.
Java satisfies today’s programmers need for early instruction in an object-oriented language (OOPS), as previous programming languages have some drawbacks.
C language was the superb language when it was created in 1972 but the major drawback of C language is that same module cannot be plugged in different applications and to fulfill this drawback and avoiding the complexities of C++, Java language introduced, immediately after the C++.
I am really very thankful for you all that I am talking about it. I am working with Java since JDK 1.1 in 1999. Since then, I have written books and articles rela this.
Career progression opportunities for individual who becomes java developers are excellent. It’s depending on the qualification, interest, experience and expertise. Any one may be able to advance into computer and IT field.
Why we should Learn Java?
Java is a multi-purpose programming language in which we can create not only console applications but can create beautiful web pages also. We should remember one thing in our mind that Java was not created for creating console applications only but it was created to create impressive web pages because internet was born (1988-1989) in that time.
In that time (1988-1990) only one so called language (HTML) was in use to creating web pages. HTML was trying to cover whole internet market by creating attractive web pages but the major drawback of HTML was that it could be used for creating only static web pages. Then our developers (Patrick Naughton, Mike Sheridan, James Gosling) introduced the new language for creating the dynamic pages called ‘OAK’ in 1991 (later known java).
Java’s tunes only for web. This is designed exclusively for creating the dynamic web pages. The Java language is accepted because it is freely available, open source, machine independent, and improves application services choice for IoT.
The number of government and semi government projects like digital India, demonetization and online domestic and international projects surely will give rise to demand for Java programmers in everywhere.
The opportunities of Java programmer are huge and their technical knowledge is very valuable. You all just enhance your skill and take initial steps to make future bright.
We will be continued in touch for upcoming blog of Java for Beginners.
