She used to listen to Honey Singh’s rap since childhood. On my first rap teacher’s day, I wrote 30 minutes to all 40 of my teachers about what they liked. Many people used to joke too. I was in class 11th, then I saw beat boxing for the first time during a reality show.
I was determined to learn this because no woman was popular in this art form. In 2019, I learned rapping along with beatboxing and won many competitions. Today I am a part of Instagram Ad. My beatboxing got recognition. –beat boxer/rapper Anjali Yaduvanshi alias AJ.
I wrote my first song at the age of 13. Started singing rap when I was 16. I was Inspired by Bodak Yellow, a rap by rapper Cardi-B. In the beginning people did not understand what was happening. One day it was narrated in the school program. No one was taking my passion/interest seriously. I took it forward through social media platforms. Today people are watching me on TV and appreciating my art form.
