504 Units of Blood Collected During Grand Foundation Day Blood Donation Drive at Apex University Campuses
On the auspicious occasion of the 61st Foundation Day of Sanjay Shiksha Samiti, Apex University organized a large-scale, meticulously coordinated blood donation drive across its Jaipur and Kota campuses. The humanitarian initiative culminated in the remarkable collection of 504 units of blood, reflecting an extraordinary display of altruism, social consciousness, and institutional responsibility.

Guided by the noble philosophy of “Raktdaan Mahadaan,” the event witnessed overwhelming participation from students, faculty members, administrative personnel, and volunteers. The drive symbolized a profound commitment to community engagement, healthcare sustainability, and compassionate leadership. The atmosphere across both campuses was characterized by enthusiasm, solidarity, and a shared determination to contribute toward life-saving medical support.
The inaugural ceremony at the Achrol campus was conducted under the esteemed leadership of the Chairperson, Dr. Ravi Juniwal, whose address emphasized the significance of voluntary blood donation as an indispensable pillar of public health infrastructure. At the Kota campus, Principal K.M. Gautam formally inaugurated the program, commending the participants for their philanthropic spirit and civic responsibility.
The medical supervision and blood collection procedures were executed with stringent adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards by professional healthcare teams from reputed institutions, including Swai Man Singh Hospital, J.K. Lon Mother & Child Hospital, Santokba Durlabhji Memorial Hospital, and Ram Blood Bank along with Kota Blood Bank Society. Their coordinated logistical management ensured a seamless, hygienic, and medically secure donation process.

As a gesture of appreciation and acknowledgment, donors were presented with certificates of commendation, protective helmets, and water bottles. These tokens symbolized gratitude for their invaluable contribution toward strengthening emergency medical reserves and supporting patients requiring transfusions.
The successful organization of this extensive philanthropic undertaking not only amplified awareness regarding voluntary blood donation but also reinforced the university’s unwavering dedication to humanitarian service, ethical leadership, and sustainable community development. The Foundation Day celebration, therefore, transcended ceremonial observance and evolved into a meaningful demonstration of institutional compassion and social accountability.
