He M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, MBA in Education Management and Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Sciences. He is having more than 100 research papers in the International and National Journals and authored 2 Books. 18 Ph.D research Scholars have been awarded and 8 are persuing Ph.D under him and 27 M.Pharm students have completed their <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/apexuniversity.co.in\/pharmaceutical.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"M.Pharm (opens in a new tab)\">M.Pharm<\/a><\/em><\/strong> dissertation with Dr. Pankaj Sharma.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n \r\n\r\nToday, novel Corona virus disease (Covid-19) has taken a heavy toll in almost\r\nevery field of our lives be it professional, economic or social- every sector is stuck\r\nwith the common problem. But these times can be looked upon as a golden\r\nchance to enhance ourselves by brushing our skills and our personality.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe most exotic characteristic of humans is their ability to adapt according to the ever\r\nchanging- conditions and giving their best. This is the best time to put this into\r\neffect.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe leader has the responsibility to boost the morale of his employees and\r\ntake care of their mindset. He should be able to communicate with his fellow\r\nteam members and guide them in whatever way possible.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe challenges may be tough but that\u2019s what a leader is made for- giving the best in every situation. These are some steps which I believe a leader should take, not only in these unprecedented times but also in daily routine:\r\n\r\n \r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Strong and regular Communication with his team members.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Display of a great deal of enthusiasm and optimism.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Strike a balance between the Vision and Mission statement and the\r\nemployees\u2019 perspectives.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Stay calm and positive in all situations.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Be friendly with the team members and lend a helping hand whenever they\r\nare in need.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Set suitable targets according to the situation and continuously monitor and\r\nadapt to them.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Act efficiently as a bridge between the top management and the team\r\nmembers.\r\nThese are few of the steps which I believe can be instrumental in maintaining a\r\nhealthy environment in the organization.
